Yes, you can change your tier at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

No, unused hours expire at the end of each month. We recommend booking your sessions early in the month to make sure you use them.

Absolutely. Your monthly hours cover your bay, bring whoever you want to share the experience with.

Your locked-in rate is only guaranteed for continuous membership. If you cancel and later rejoin the current rate at that time applies. We recommend pausing rather than canceling if you need a break.

Yes, members can pause their membership once per year for up to 2 months. Paused memberships retain their rate and benefits when reactivated.
